Horrible customer service, the employees are extremely rude.
Very horrible customer service I was lied to as well as the postal worker had threatened to call the police on me when I asked her to explain to me about their guide lines. I don't think she even knew. She also changed what she said when I repeated it to confirm I clearly understood what she was trying to make up. I tried to report her the website accept it won't allow for a complaint to go threw but it will allow positive feed back. This office needs to do better
they lost so many of my packages more than you can count on your hands and toes and when i call I do not even get a apology they suck
This is the best post office. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The post office I used to use was so hostile that you'd think it was done on purpose, so Steger is a nice change.
