Read some of the reviews and I agree RUDE! To say the least at this point in or out of the store doesn't matter! But let me go on, took my Marks mortise lock in so it could be matched for a new lock purchase gave the guy my lock he turned the key and saw that the deadbolt would no stay out and saw that maybe it could be fixed, someone was working on it I could hear him turning the lock also saw one of the guys with it but look thirty mins later oh they found a piece that was broken inside! Really ok how much is a new lock! $256.00 well now! Ok a little bit more than I want to pay! When I called the door store $99.00...internet $119. Plus humm...so I am a DIY... let me see I YouTube opened the box inspected my self yes I found the part that was broken the part that holds the handle I also know that both sides had been switched out never had a copper color in this box and noticed the other handle holder had more dings than before! Is this because I am a woman Really! Oh I know women don't know anything...! Well I have you know, if I was smart enough to take the LOCK OUT I would have to know a little something.. moral of this story is take pic before you allow them to take your lock in the back! don't TRUST THESE Guys...thanks for allowing me to know you can't be trusted...
