Only 2 registers open. 1 didn't work. They opened a 3rd but did not take the next customer in line. So, people who were not already in line were able to jump into the line of the newly opened register in front of people who had already been waiting.
Was told a few days ago they price matched and when I got here they said they don't price match anything. I left those items behind. On to the other place now for the same exact product for 2/3 the price.
There is never a long wait (like Walmart). I'm usually in and out. They always have multiple lanes open for the customer convenience. Also, I like that you can simply get in ANY line to retrieve your store pick up item. It even gets better then that Kmart has a reward program and as you spend or don't spend you get all kind of surprise points that's equivalent to cash dollars. LOVE IT!
I love this store it's never busy in and out in no time.
It's a store where most of the employees have attitudes. Never have I once seen them smile or offer any help to me for the six years I have been shopping there. I go there for my cat's food and litter. Now today I found out they have switched Friskees cat food for some generic brand. Now thank goodness I don't have to deal with rude people in Kmart anymore.
