The manager there, Lauren, was very helpful and professional. I appreciated how she went the extra mile.
I have rented from Enterprise for over 15 years at the location located in Steger IL. And I never experienced such disrespect and rudeness like I did from the manager LAUREN SANDERS.. She is a rude younglady who doesn't know or value the meaning of the customer is too be satisfied at all cost! I've watched this establishment decline for the past several years but continued to patronize them due to 2 youngladies who treated their customers with the utmost respect. The office is always dirty,even when they first open in the morning.SEVERAL customers were expressing their dissatisfaction with this location and Lauren. Andn1st thing Monday they would be calling corporate on her.This weekend was straw that broke the camels back..They didn't have my rental for the time I had reserved it, and kept saying the truck was on its way we had to wait an hour only for them to have the WRONG vehicle and for LAUREN SANDERS to get an attitude because I was upset..Needless to say she ended up not renting me a vehicle after she had already put a hold on my credit card, then she proceeded to telll me she was not going to transfer my reservation to another Enterprise and didn't care! Who does that? Due to this incident it started a series of mishaps for our whole weekend,and as a result we have to spend more money, missed a very important event that we can never get back and got nothing accomplished..I recommend you stay FAR AWAY from this Enterprise!

Months prior put in a reservation to rent a 15 Passenger van for a trip on 4th of July weekend. The Women's PBA tour came in town and was able to take my reservation from me. I don't think that is the best business practice from Enterprise however they did accommodate my family and we were pleased with the results.
The staff was AWESOME, however it was only one (1) person working during the busy Friday evening rush!!! She had to take care of multiple customers (some not so happy), she had to lock the office to drop a customer off, she had to wash the cars and check people in. She did it all with a smile on her face!! It was the same situation when I returned the car on Monday. Whoever is in management should really look into making sure that the office is properly staffed during peak times.
